We process all orders Monday - Friday between 9AM and 8PM PST. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Only applies to contiguous USA or lower 48 states! We currently do not ship outside of the US. Shipping costs are already included in the total price.
Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, our system will automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email signifies that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase verification.
After receiving your order, we will immediately send the order to our warehouses for shipment. Once we've confirmed your item is in stock we will ship the item within the estimated total handling business days.
If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and will void the pre-authorization if you so choose.
Order Shipment
Once we've determined that your order can be shipped, we will process all charges to your credit card and ship the product within the handling time on the date which you placed your order. Please note their could be delays.
Immediately following shipment, we will dispatch a tracking numbers to the email you provided us at the time you placed your order. The shipment will come from one of the warehouses located in California, New Jersey, and Missouri. If you have not received your tracking information please contact us immediately at support@duramaxshedsexpress.com.
For most sheds delivery appointments will be not be required to drop off the item at your curbside. Delivery appointments will be required for the garages and buildings.
All deliveries are made to the entrance of the residential locations and include lift gate service. A lift gate allows for the freight truck to lower the pallet with the shed onto the designated location at the delivery address. Please note the freight truck driver is not require nor responsible to move the merchandise into your garage, backyard, etc. Most customers open up the boxes and move them 1 by 1 to their designated assembly location.
Please note our carriers are not allowed to hold a shipment at their shipping facility. As most of our shipments are freight based, holding a shipment will be subject to a fee on a per daily basis which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Garage/Buildings Delivery
Even with a lift gate, portions of these product lines may require offloading by hand depending on the size of the roads and trucks near your delivery address. The freight truck driver may ask you for assistance to offload the products from the truck. Please note most customers have a contractor or a few friends help with offloading the larger items.
Damages/Missing Parts
Upon arrival, please inspect any and all packaging of your orders within 72 hours. If any damage is noted on the packaging, make note of it at the time you sign for the delivery as this usually means the shipping company is at fault.
If you see excessive damage (i.e. a hole going through the entire box, a box bent in half), please refuse the delivery and write that on the packing slip. You can request a refund or a replacement as soon as the shipment gets back to our warehouse.
If the items you ordered arrive damaged or you are missing parts, please send photos of the damage to support@duramaxshedsexpress.com and support@uspolymersinc.com and we will begin the insurance claim process on your behalf. Make sure to include the part numbers so we can send replacements ASAP. We will also get in contact with the supplier of that product and begin the process of replacing your item.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours do not incur any fee. Orders that are cancelled from the time you placed your order may be charged before shipping.
If the order has shipped, the cancellation will be considered a return at which point the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees.
It is our strict policy to only issue refunds to the credit card that was used when originally placing the order.
Please note that for made to order items, we can not accept returns or cancellations.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
It is our policy to only accept returns and make exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date.
For a successful return, the order must be in original factory condition (unused, unassembled) and include original packaging, warranty information, manuals, accessories, and anything else it came with.
To initiate a return , please email as at support@duramaxshedsexpress.com as soon possible to get a packing slip. The customer is responsible to set the return pickup date and time with the shipping company from the original delivery address. Returns can not originate from a different delivery address.
If the item is damaged in any way, the product will not be available for a full refund. Depending on the product, there may be a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for 15% restocking fees as well as return shipping.
Once the item reaches the warehouse, the staff will inspect the package and ensure the return criteria is satisfied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5-10 business days.

Refused Deliveries/Change Of Mind
If a customer is non-responsive to the delivery company, refuses to schedule a delivery appointment, or changes their mind after product has shipped, the shipment will be subject to a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
